Write in a drag-and-drop builder, a plain editor, or straight HTML — whichever you prefer. Pick a list or a saved segment, preview it, send it. Schedule it if you would rather it landed on Tuesday.
A welcome series that runs itself
Line up emails with a wait between each one. Someone joins your list, the series starts. They unsubscribe, it stops. Date-based and anniversary sends work the same way. You write it once.
Somewhere for people to sign up
Embed a form on your own site, or send people to a hosted signup page you can style to match it. Every form confirms the address by email before anyone joins your list.
Where your data lives
London, and nowhere else.
Subscriber records, email content and engagement data are held on UK infrastructure and sent from a London region. We do not copy your list to a US region for processing, and we do not sell, rent or share it.
You decide how long we keep it
Delete a subscriber and the record goes, apart from the suppression entry that stops them being emailed again. Close your account and everything is removed within 30 days.
Export whenever you want
Full CSV export of subscribers, custom fields, consent records and send history. No export fee, no notice period, no “contact sales”.
A DPA you can actually sign
Standard data processing agreement available on request, with our sub-processors listed. UK company, UK contract, UK courts.

We are opening ReplyAid to a small group of UK and EU senders first. Leave your address and we will email you when your account is ready — roughly one email a month until then.

Can I import a list I already have?
Yes, if those people opted in to hear from you and you can say where and when. We check the first import on every account before it can send, and we will ask about the source. Lists that were bought, rented, scraped or collected without a clear opt-in cannot be used.
Why does double opt-in matter if it costs me signups?
It costs you a handful of addresses that were mistyped, abandoned or never yours in the first place. Those are the addresses that bounce and generate complaints, and complaints are what get sending domains blocked. A smaller confirmed list reaches more inboxes than a larger unconfirmed one.
Do I need my own domain?
Not to start. On Starter you can send from a ReplyAid subdomain. On Standard and Studio you connect your own domain and we walk you through the three DNS records that authenticate it, which is what stops your email landing in spam.
What happens if I go over my email allowance?
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. Sending pauses rather than silently billing you, and you can add capacity from your account in a couple of clicks. You will never open an invoice you did not expect.
Can I leave and take everything with me?
Yes. Export subscribers, custom fields, consent records and send history as CSV at any time, on any plan. There is no notice period and no charge.
